Although the bin of bad ideas for how *our* universe works can still make for some really cool SciFi 8>

And thus it can still be fulfilling emotionally and "spiritually", and can still be used as a metaphor! ;D
The difference being a firm footing in the knowledge of what's physically real in our physical reality, and the separation of our objective reality from imagined realities :3
(Particularly in decision-making!!)
And whoever can do that, doesn't need to believe things based on 'wants' or 'needs' rather than actual evidence and reasons, to fulfill any emotional or "spiritual" needs they might have :>
