Yes. Gender equality means everybody.. not necessarily just female's or male's. Everyone is expected to act in an appropriate manner. There's no excuse sometimes.

Rape-appolgists who use this argument ("men have urges"/ women are at fault for being enticing/whatnot) are really insulting themselves. They claim feminsists believe all men are rapists then say this. H'what?
